A balanced approach to the most important clinical findings that should be considered when evaluating mild increased in SDMA and CREA. A brief review of glomerular filtration rate and reference intervals to set the stage for the importance of individual patient test results and mild increases. Using a data study, a deeper dive into understanding specifically mild increases in SDMA and what this can mean to both the patient and practitioner, followed by clinical cases emphasizing the importance of such findings and how to approach these cases clinically.
